• In order to ensure the best possible preparation on our part in case of an appointment, we ask you to complete this form completely.
• The arrangement of transfers and accommodation is, unless otherwise agreed, the responsibility of the arriving delegation. In case the delegation does not speak German or English, the same applies to the arrangement of an interpreter.
• Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to issue an invitation letter. If required, an appointment confirmation can be issued.
• In case you are interested in further support regarding the arrangement and the contents of your visit, we are happy to inform you about our conditions.

About us

On behalf of the City of Vienna, the Smart City Agency of the Urban Innovation Vienna supports people, organisations and other stakeholders in initiating and implementing projects that contribute to the objectives of the Smart City Vienna Framework Strategy. Together we are making Vienna a smart city step by step. Our profile includes stakeholder, project and knowledge management, strategy development and coordination, as well as consultation and communication services. We also act as first point of contact for national and international contacts.
